Fiskgryta & Cardamom brûlée

Crème brûlée with cardamom
Serves 4
5 pcs egg yolks
1 dl sugar (close)
3 dl cream
1.5 dl milk
2 teaspoons whole cardamom
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
2 tablespoons raw sugar
Follow these steps:
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Boil the cream, milk, vanilla and the bottom line. Stir egg yolks and sugar - no whip! Pour gräddkoket over äggblandningen. Stir the sugar dissolves (do not whisk). Strain the mixture to get away cardamom seeds.
Benefits in the form and bake in water bath about 45 minutes. Allow to cool, then set in refrigerator several hours.
Sprinkle the sugar over brûlée and burnt by the brûlée recorder. Serve!
We ate these wonderful brûlée with liquor soaked fruits. Yum!

1-2 garlic cloves
1 yellow onion
2-3 carrots
1-2 parsnips
1 fennel
1 piece of leek
1 can of crushed tomatoes
5 dl cream

One-half envelope saffron
Vegeta (or fish stock)
Black pepper
600 g white fish fillets (cod, saithe electricity. Hoki)
Chop the onion and fry in a large saucepan. Cut the carrot, parsnip, fennel and leeks into appropriate pieces and throw into the saucepan and cook. Sprinkle in the saffron and stir around. Then pour in crushed tomato and cream, white wine and spices. Boil a few minutes.
Add the fish and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the fish is ready. Do not boil too long! This clears the fish!
Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving. Serve the rice and a dollop of garlic-sour cream.
